All returns are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
To check the status of your return, please follow the steps below:
- Go to the bottom of our website www.newbalance.com, then click on Order Status.
- Fill in your order number, last name, and shipping zip code. Then click Track Order.
- This will take you to your order summary. There is a tracking number, this is your return tracking for your order. Click on the tracking number and this will take you to the tracking details.**

**Please keep in mind: Our UPS return shipping labels can take up to five business days to be received by the returns warehouse. Returns take up to 10 business days to process. You will get an email once your return has been received and another email once you have been refunded.
