Returns: What is The Status of My Return?

All returns are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item(s).

**We are waiting 72 hours before handling all packages being delivered to our warehouse as a precaution and to protect our associates from COVID-19. As a result, returns processing may be delayed. For more information please view our returns page here**

To check the status of your return, please follow the steps below:

  • Go to the bottom of our website www.newbalance.com, then click on Order Status.

  • Fill in your order number, last name, and shipping zip code. Then click Track Order.

  • This will take you to your order summary. There is a tracking number, this is your return tracking for your order. Click on the tracking number and this will take you to the tracking details.**

**Please keep in mind: Our UPS return shipping labels can take up to five business days to be received by the returns warehouse. Returns take up to 10 business days to process. You will get an email once your return has been received and another email once you have been refunded.
