How Do I Return or Exchange?

Need a new size, color or product? Return your original order and place a new one. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days of receiving the return. Our inventory changes often, and select sizes and colors may sell out.

  • Place a new order online or call (800) 595-9138
    • Used a promo on the order you're returning? Call us and we will match that discount on your new order
  • Follow our return instructions to send back the original item for a refund
    • You DO NOT have to have a newbalance.com account to get a return shipping label
  • Items returned must be in new unused condition

  • Return shipping is FREE when you use our prepaid UPS return label
  • Items returned from Guam, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories or an APO/FPO address, please call or email Customer Care for return instructions
  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment (shipping costs not refunded) within 10 business days of receiving the return
  • Returns purchased with a Gift Card- Refund will be issued back to the same Gift Card used when the order was placed
  • If your return was purchased with an eGift- We will email you a new eGift valued at the refund amount
  • Returning an online item you received as a gift? Call us at (800) 595-9138 and we’ll issue you an online credit for use on newbalance.com
    • Otherwise, the refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the order
  • Items purchased at a retail store should be returned to the store

NOTE: Returns on the New Era x New Balance 574 Sport must include the shoes, hat, and custom box. NB1 Custom orders are NOT eligible for returns as well as custom jersey's. See our RETURNS PAGE for more information.
