How Do I Return or Exchange?

Need a new size, color or product? Return your original order and place a new one. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days of receiving the return. Our inventory changes often, and select sizes and colors may sell out.

  • Place a new order online or call (800) 595-9138
    • Used a promo on the order you're returning? Call us and we will match that discount on your new order
  • Follow our return instructions to send back the original item for a refund within 30 days from the date of the purchase
    • You DO NOT have to have a account to get a return shipping label
  • Items returned must be in new unused condition

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of the purchase
  • Need to return an order from Alaska, Puerto Rico, or an APO/FPO address? See Returns: Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, FPO/APO Addresses, & Other US Territories
  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment (shipping costs not refunded) within 10 business days of receiving the return
  • Returns purchased with a Gift Card- Refund will be issued back to the same Gift Card used when the order was placed
  • If your return was purchased with an eGift- We will email you a new eGift valued at the refund amount
  • Returning an online item you received as a gift? Call us at (800) 595-9138 and we’ll issue you an online credit for use on
    • Otherwise, the refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the order
  • Items purchased at a retail store should be returned to the store
