Can I Cancel or Change My Order?

Orders cannot be canceled or changed after they have been placed.

Your order has already been processed and the details sent to our automated warehouse it is beyond the point of any changes or cancellations being able to be made. It is with good intentions that we process orders quickly so they can ship as quickly as possible. Even though your order has not shipped, we do not have a way to locate it within our warehouse system to make any changes or cancellations at this point.

Your order will ship within 2 business day unless it is an NB1 order (When Will I Receive My NB1 Shoes?). You'll receive another email from us when your order leaves our warehouse.

Please note that Saturday, Sunday and observed holidays are not considered business days.
