How Do I Return an Order Shipped to Me That Was Placed at a New Balance Store?

If you need to return merchandise from an order that was placed at a New Balance Store, please follow the directions on the packing slip enclosed with your order for return instructions.

Easy Returns and Exchanges:

  • Return by Mail using the return label provided on the packing slip and include a copy of your packing slip. Please note return postage is not prepaid
  • If you wish to ship your merchandise by Mail and no longer have the packing slip, please include a copy of either your emailed shipping confirmation or your sale receipt along with the unworn merchandise.

A refund will only be credited to the card used to make the purchase. Items returned after 30 days will be issued a New Balance eGift. Please allow 10 days from receiving returned merchandise for processing your refund. For questions, please call the number at the bottom of your receipt.
